Community Cats

Trap- Neuter-Return (TNR) is a humane approach to managing community cats and keeping them happy and healthy.

The Animal League Wellness Center accepts feral cats in traps (i.e., wild cats that are not able to be handled) and community cats (i.e., cats that do not have a home but are not necessarily feral). Community cat pricing packages are available. Community cats will be vaccinated for Rabies and FVRCP (feline distemper vaccine), and will be sterilized, microchipped, eartipped, and returned to you for future release from their colony location.

Please note: This package is only available to community cats. If you have an owned companion/household cat, please visit our Vaccinations and Wellness services pages.

We are always seeking volunteers to assist in the TNR efforts in our community. TNR programs are managed by The Animal League’s Neighborhood Pet Program. Please visit the Neighborhood Pet Program website for more information on becoming a volunteer for this important initiative.
